• representation of the client’s interests in negotiations or relationships with the Debtor(s), bailiffs, in companies and organisations, pretrial investigation institutions, courts of all instances and arbitration.

• You get full and qualified legal aid on the debt prevention and recovery issues;
• You have the possibility to know on time whether your partner / customer is reliable, and whether or not any information that you need to know is concealed.
• You do not experience any costs associated with the pre-trial debt recovery procedure, and only pay a success fee for the recovery of the debt, after the Debtor actually fulfils his contractual obligation (repays the debt).
• You have the right to terminate the contract upon warning us in writing.
